Katrinka and Rita are off to see this group tonight and leaving baby Lucia in my clutches. Kim, the female vocalist on guitar is a midwife and nurse, actually like Katrinka's doctor. She's been her forty years or so. They played at our wedding here four years ago.

I love reading popularized stuff on physics, have since I was a teenager. Not saying I understand or remember any of it much. Breaking up assumptions about phenomena is always healthy, though they tend to quickly regroup. One thing I always think when I read of such matters, is how glad I am that I have been blessed with influences of a greater depth, subtlety, profundity, wonder.
